a prima volta che ci sono stato era su una multicache che non esiste più. L'area era ancora ricoperta di vegetazione e non ufficialmente accessibile. C'era un piccolo museo privato in città.
Oggi l'area è stata bonificata ed è possibile visitare la miniera con visite guidate.
La cache è stata approvata dall'Associazione Miniera d'Oro. Li ringrazio per questo. Hanno anche materiale cache di riserva per una rapida manutenzione. La manutenzione a lungo termine la faccio io stessa quando sono in Ticino.
IN AUTO nella frazione LA COSTA il piccolo parcheggio è riservato prevalentemente ai residenti. È ora disponibile un nuovo parcheggio vicino al Camping Al Parco d'oro.
Nelle vicinanze si trova la fermata “La Costa” dell'autopostale.

The Sessa gold mine is a place worth seeing
The first time I was there was on a multicache that no longer exists. The area was still overgrown and not officially accessible. There was a small private museum in town.
Today the area has been cleared and you can visit the mine on guided tours.
The cache was approved by the Associazione Miniera d’Oro. I thank them for that. They also have spare cache material for quick maintenance. I do the long-term maintenance myself when I'm in Ticino.
BY CAR in the hamlet of LA COSTA, the small parking lot is reserved mainly for residents. A new parking space is now available near Camping Al Parco d'oro.
The “La Costa” stop is nearby by post bus.

Die Goldmine Sessa ist ein Sehenswerter Ort
Das erste Mal war ich da auf einem Multicache, den es nicht mehr gibt.
Da war das Areal noch überwuchert und nicht offiziell zugänglich. Es gab ein kleines privates Museum im Ort.
Heute ist das Areal freigeräumt und man kann die Mine auf Führungen besuchen.
Der Cache wurde von der Associazione Miniera d’Oro bewilligt. Ich danke ihnen dafür. Sie haben auch Ersatzcachematerial für schnelle Wartung vor Ort. Die Langfristige Wartung mache ich selber, wenn ich im Tessin bin.
MIT DEM AUTO im Weiler LA COSTA ist der kleine Parkplatz hauptsächlich für Anwohner reserviert.
Ein neuer Parkplatz ist jetzt in der Nähe des Campings Al Parco d'oro verfügbar.
Mit dem Postauto ist die Haltestelle "La Costa" in der Nähe.
