WERDAVE is turning 80! He has once again graciously agreed to a birthday celebration event, and since his 75th at AQ worked out so well, we're having this one at the same place -- the Mockingbird Hill entrance at Almaden Quicksilver.
There are picnic tables at the posted coordinates, with no hiking required. It's only a short walk from the parking lot.

There will be:
- Coffee!
- A WERDAVE cache trivia contest with prizes
- New caches near the event
- New Adventure Lab, "What is a Quercus, Anyway?"
Hopefully we will have beautiful fall weather, or at least tolerable fall weather. In case of a serious rain situation, we'll find a backup location. (Update 10/18/23: Looks like good weather in the forecast.)
