Named after the indigenous pound used to store game, it was renamed "Ward Pound Ridge" in 1938 to honor William Lukens Ward. At Covered Bridge #1:
- AC: The number of wooden floorboards on the covered bridge.
- F: The number of screws that hold each floorboard, divided by 3.
- G: The number of vertical balusters between each of the supports that hold up the roof divided by 2.
- J: Subtract 1 from your answer for G.
At Covered Bridge #2:
- DH: The number of vertical balusters between each of the supports that hold up the roof.
- E: The number of letters in the name of the person that the bridge is named after (...'s, don't count the " 's ").
- B: The number of vertical balusters between each of the supports that hold up the roof divided by 2.
- I: The second digit in the number of floorboards on the covered bridge, divided by 2.
