WELCOME TO OUR FIFTH (BONUS) CITO OF 2023! This year our goal is to host 4 CITOs, 1 per season!
For this event, we will be venturing back to Carnation, a short 20-minute drive northeast along WA202 & 203 from our usual area of Snoqualmie. We will be focusing on cleaning up Downtown Carnation.

We have a few reasons for hosting this event:
- We need a CITO in December for GC8G8YE.
- During our Summer 2023 CITO (GCA7KK6), j wolfdoggs posted a note saying "I posted on the Carnation Facebook page about our clean-up, and over 300 people have positively reacted and 25 plus thank you comments. The community is greatful for our efforts." We felt as if this would be the perfect location for an event at this time of year.
- We wanted to host some sort of event to spread holiday cheer, and this was the perfect way to do so!
We are keeping this event low-key and simple. We will have trash bags and gloves available for use. Dress up in holiday attire if you feel so inclined!
Be prepared for the weather! This event will held rain, shine, or snow! We will only postpone or cancel the event due to extreme weather (e.g. lightning, hail, blizzard) or if temperatures or road conditions will be dangerous.
