Orono was originally part of Excelsior Township. In 1868, it became part of Medina Township. Residents received permission from Hennepin County to form the independent town of Orono in 1889. It was incorporated as a city in 1955. Orono is named after Orono, Maine, the hometown of early resident George A. Brackett.
Nutmeg is the seed, or the ground spice derived from that seed, of several tree species of the genus Myristica; fragrant nutmeg or true nutmeg (M. fragrans) is a dark-leaved evergreen tree cultivated for two spices derived from its fruit: nutmeg, from its seed, and mace, from the seed covering. It is also a commercial source of nutmeg essential oil and nutmeg butter. Indonesia is the main producer of nutmeg and mace, and the true nutmeg tree is native to its islands.

OK so enough history, interesting that it is, now for what you will need to do to figure out the final location.
You need to find a sign at the posted coordinates. There are two, but you will figure out which one you need when you get there.
Answer the following questions:
- A = # of Ducks on the sign PLUS 1.
- B = # of Acres of restored prairie PLUS 2.
- C = # of Acres of pond MINUS 14.
- D = Last # of year "Decommissioned" PLUS 4.
- E = Last # of year Prairie to the left was established MINUS 1.
- F = Last # of year Orono Parks Commmission MINUS 5.
Now for some quick and hopefully simple math.
N44 57 . A B C
W93 35 . D E F
