Tallest Building in each State #48. White Hall, Laramie, Wyoming
Welcome to the University of Wyoming, home to the tallest building in the state, White Hall. This is one of the shortest of the tallest buildings in each state, at only 200 ft. tall and 12 stories. As a kid, I learned what the tallest building in each state was. I plan on visiting each one, and also placing a geocache at each one. So I'm starting with Wyoming. There's a FTF trackable reward.
