Barcaldine has a new water lake recreation park - known locally as the Rec Park. When we saw it under construction in 2022 and again in 2023, before its opening, and without the water, we already thought it would be a great place to have a T5 water-craft required attributed geocache. So here it is.
On the day of an event commemorating the first QOGM held in 2018, many cachers present were able to sign the log sheet.
