Attend a CITO between September 1st and November 30th to earn the Season 2 Souvenir
TRIMMING THE TRAILS ON ROBINSWOOD HILL
Parking: Off road parking is available at the parking coordinates. Please note that this is not the main Robinswood Hill car park.
Where: Meet up at the parking coordinates for 09:30 and then we will make our way along to today's starting point at the headline coordinates.
What: We will be trimming the trails on Robinswood Hill, continuing on from work done in previous CITOs. This involves cutting back brambles and scrub that are encroaching on to the paths, as well as removing any low hanging branches.
How: The Countryside Ranger will be there providing guidance. We ask you to bring your own work gloves and if you wish to use your own tools (shears, loppers, saw) please do bring them along. Don't worry if you don't have tools as the ranger will have a supply.
Health and Safety: The session will be covered by council insurance as long as you are working under the Countryside Ranger's instruction.
Please bring water and a drink / snack for breaktime. Homemade cake will be provided 🙂
