Geo-lesson expectations:
1. There seems to be a number of ways of hiding geocaches by making it fit into to the natural area. Some geocachers feel that you must locate the container next to some fixed feature - tree, bush, rock, etc. Some feel that it is better to place it in the middle of nowhere - this really sucks when you're looking for the geocache.
2. Checking the geocache attributes. Attributes communicate what to expect at a cache location. Cache owners may identify attributes before submitting a cache listing for review. Identified attributes will appear on the right side of a cache listing page. In this lesson, we are going to consider the "Winter-friendly" attribute. I think most interpret this attribute to explicitly say that the container is located high enough that in the winter snow is not going to be a factor in finding it. Others, seem to interpret this to mean you can "get to the geocache in the winter". Be aware that if geocachers interpret this attribute differently it may mess you up when you're looking for it. Check out this attribute and act accordingly when your looking for the one.
3. Now lets talk about geo-containers ...
This geocache uses a pretty kewl container ... it is a ... well just never you mind! When you have found it, the connection to the name of the geocache should be obvious! So when you're looking for it, keep this in mind. But don't expect it to be easy.
Will the container be hidden high, low, inside something, above something, below something, or out in the open?
So many questions!!!
You are on your own. You have your assignment, now go and find it!!!
If you can ... BWHahahahahahahahahaha!!!
