My 3 boys have always loved geocaching with me but just recently my 4 year old son was really excited about starting his own cache. He went through his toybox (on his own) and selected a bunch of toys that he really wanted to put into a geocache of our own, so other people could see and/or trade a toy of his, lol!! We selected an old ammo canister that he calls a "mary-tary box" (military box) - I applied a waterproof label that says, "GEOCACHE". This location has sentimental value to me because 20 years ago I helped cut and clear diseased Red Pines from the park in this very area, with another gentleman - that is still keeping Round Top park beautiful to this day. The remaining healthy Red Pines are still flourishing because of this. A very suttle and peaceful dear path cuts through these pines (where the cache is located) that a lot of people dont know about. I hope you get a chance to enjoy this section of the woods at Round Top Park where the Red Fern, I mean, where the Red Pine grows!
