Challenge caches have really added a whole new dimension to the game of Geocaching for me. When I first started out, even the easiest of challenges were intimidating. Challenges like the Periodic Table, Fizzy, and Jasmer challenges were mostly ignored, as I figured I’d never get them done. Fast forward several years and quite a few caches later, and I challenge caches keep things exciting and new, as I’m always hunting for specific caches to help with challenges. It has helped me explore areas of Minnesota and the rest of the world that I probably wouldn’t have seen otherwise.
