There used to be an automobile theme park called Tama Tech on 200 meters east of GZ. It was closed in 2009, and Meiji University acquired it in 2010 and planned to redevelop it, but the plan fell through and in 2019 it became owned by a trading company, which intervened, and it still remains in ruins.
GZの200ｍ東にはかつて多磨テックというモータースポーツをテーマにした遊園地がありました。2009年に閉鎖され、翌年明治大学が買収し再開発予定でしたが、計画は頓挫し2019年には仲介した商社の所有となり未だ廃墟のままです。
