What was once called Logy Bay Lump, Logy Lump or just simply The Lump is now a green space in the Town of Logy Bay - Middle Cove - Outer Cove. This area is used year-round by residents for hiking, berry picking, dog walking, sliding, snowboarding, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, mountain biking, etc.
There's a little gully visible from Marine Lab Road that is just passed the entrance to the old Logy Lump. It is here that you'll find a well used trail that will lead you in the direction of this cache. Appropriate footwear is suggested since there is one soft/wet spot to contend with.
