Lietuvos mokyklos - tai Lietuvos mokyklose veikiančių jaunųjų miško bičiulių naujas  projektas, kurio tikslas – skatinti vaikų smalsumą, plėsti gamtos ir navigacijos žinias. Taip pat populiarinti geocaching žaidimą tarp mokinių ir mokytojų, išmokyti mokytojus pasinaudoti geocaching sistemos galimybėmis ugdymo procese.

Maišiagalos dvaras.

Teigiama, kad būtent čia yra gyvenęs, kovojęs, baigęs gyvenimą Lietuvos didysis kunigaikštis Algirdas. Nuo XIV a. pabaigos rašytiniuose šaltiniuose minimas Didžiajam kunigaikščiui priklausęs Maišiagalos dvaras. Valdovo priklausomybėje miestelio teritorija, o drauge ir dvaras, išbuvo iki XVIII a. pabaigos, keitėsi tik vietovės laikytojai. Pastaraisiais XVII a. buvo Sapiegos, Tyzenhauzai, XVIII a. Eperješai, pastarojo šimtmečio pabaigoje Maišiagalos dvaras, iki tol priklausęs valdovui, tapo privačia Vilniaus vyskupo Ignoto Masalskio valda. 1794 m. sukilimo metu žuvus I. Masalskiui, valda atiteko Potockiams, vėliau Valavičiams, paskutiniaisiais dvaro valdytojais tapo Houvaltų giminės atstovai, gyvenę Maišiagaloje iki Antrojo pasaulinio karo.

Onuprijaus Houvalto iniciatyva 1806-1812 m. pastatyti klasicistiniai dvaro rūmai. Rūmų projekto autorius – žinomas to meto Vilniaus architektas, Vilniaus Universiteto profesorius Mykolas Angelas Šulcas. Architektui mirus, projektas įgyvendintas tik iš dalies. Dvaro sodybos pastatų kompleksas susiformavo XIX a. – XX a. pradžioje.

Po Antrojo pasaulinio karo pasikeitus santvarkoms dvare buvo apgyvendinti kolūkiečiais tapę ponų samdiniai. 8–jame dešimtmetyje po rekonstrukcijos rūmuose buvo įkurdinta tarybinio ūkio kontora, o atkūrus Lietuvos nepriklausomybę Houvaltų rūmai tapo mokykla.

Rūpintis Houvalto rūmų renovavimu pradėta 2011 m. Tuomet iš šio pastato buvo iškelta čia gyvavusi Lietuvos didžiojo kunigaikščio Algirdo vidurinė mokykla (dab. gimnazija), rūmuose dar veikė biblioteka, būrėsi saviveiklininkai, rinkdavosi vietos bendruomenė. Dėl avarinio rūmų stogo vanduo jau buvo pradėjęs ardyti pastato sienas. Vilniaus rajono savivaldybės parengtam dvaro renovavimo projektui įgyvendinti buvo gauta ES struktūrinių fondų lėšų. Renovavimo darbai truko keletą metų.

2018 m. sausį buvo pasirašyta ES paramos lėšomis finansuojamo projekto „Tradicinių amatų centro Houvalto dvare Maišiagaloje viešosios erdvės sutvarkymas“ finansavimo sutartis, kurio tikslas – sutvarkyti Houvalto dvaro teritoriją. Ketinama iš dalies atkurti dvarvietės aplinką, kuri šiuo metu neatitinka klasicistinio dvaro pastato stilistikos. Sutvarkius dvaro teritoriją, čia planuojama rengti tradicinių amatų muges bei pristatymus, kultūrinius renginiu

Due to the roof of the emergency palace, the water had already begun to dismantle the walls of the building. The EU Structural Funds were received for the implementation of the estate renovation project prepared by Vilnius District Municipality. The renovation work took several years.
2018 In January, a financing agreement was signed by the EU -funded project "The Houvalast Manor of Traditional Crafts Center in Maišiagala", which aims to arrange the territory of the Houvalas Manor.
