Charming Garden is a residential estate located in the West Kowloon reclamation area of Hong Kong's Mongkok West, initiated under the private sector participation scheme. Designed by a renowned architectural firm and completed in May 1998, the complex comprises 18 blocks with a total of 3,908 units. Managed by a property management arm of the developer and overseen by the Hong Kong Housing Authority, the units range in size from 495 to 689 square feet, reflecting an efficiency rate of approximately 86%.
