Cache is a small water tight container with log book and room for a few goodies. Please take care to put it back in it's exact location and cover to keep it out of easy view as lots of folks visit this area.
The Ghost Hole is a popular fishing spot for salmon along the Bay City Channel of Tillamook Bay. Hobsonville Point, where this cache is located, is near the north end of the Hole. There's great bayside views from here. When you find the cache, turn around and look across the Bay at Garibaldi/Miami Cove, Barview/North Jetty, and the north end of the Bayocean Spit.
Access notes: There's a good gravel parking area just off Hwy 101 at Hobsonville Point. Take care when driving in and out as it's on a curve. Also, it's best to visit this cache during the lower part of the daily tide cycle. Access is possible at high tide, but you'll likely get a little wet hiking down the trail from the parking area.
