I always wanted to set a few more challenge caches but never really had an idea what untill I seen these the welsh Three Quarter Line Chellenges by SamBryo. So with that as a starting point I looked into the Southern Region which has 8 different counties, Berkshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire & The Isle of Wight.
With that in mind we made the challenges involving 7 out of 8 counties hoping that would be fiarly achiveable for a good number of finders. plus something that could be worked towards and achievable.
For this challenge you need to find 5 caches each with 50 favourite points or more in each of 7 different counties out of 8 in the Southern Region United Kingdom
At the time of setting this one Tim'n'Marion has found required number of caches (13) in each of 8 Counties
This Challenge Cache is at the posted coordinates it is near a foot path within the woods.
You will need a TOTT to be able to retrieve all this series caches arouind the woods. Depending on the time of year it can get quite muddy. Please see hint for type of tree and rought height.
NO TREE CLIBING IS REQUIRED.
We’ve tried to make the D/T rating to suit the finding cache along with the qualification aspect of the challenge.
Parking has been added as a way point, the walk to the first one is not that far then if you follow them in number order it will bring you back to the start.
To claim the find you have to qualify for each of the challenge tasks given and sign the log sheet of each individual cache.
If you don’t qualify you can sign the log sheet and write a note as your log. You may log a find when you achieve the challenge at a future date.
Each challenge cache has a checker to tell you if you personally qualify.
