This cache is placed outside the Kirksville Aquatic Center/ Parks and Rec offices. The Kirksville Parks and Rec department has been a HUGE help in allowing and suggesting locations for geocaches in the city. They had originally reached out after I placed one of my earliest caches at the public library, and now we have over 50 in Kirksville, most in Parks and Rec maintained areas. Thanks guys!
