2022 saw the monthly meet get up and running. It went well, with lots of good feedback and a huge array of cachers attending. So, I am continuing with the events throughout 2023 and beyond.
These events will move from place to place each month and the timings will also change. This is to reflect my availability with the events fitting around the shift system I work. The locations the events are held will be within the area I place geocaches in. Some will be in Newark and some will be in the District, hence the name.
So, event #24.
The address of the location is:
The Willow Tree
Front Street
Barnby-in-the-Willows
NG24 2SA
In the words of Noddy Holder, 'ITS CHRISTMASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!'. Or at least it will be soon.
This event will mean I have reached two years of hosting a monthly event. And I've still got so many pubs in the area to visit! However, for this month, I am staying in my village and hope you will join me at my local. The pub are opening slightly early for us at 2pm and they are going to put on a few simple dishes, not normally on the menu for everyone to purchase (obviously, no purchase is necessary to attend the event). More details to follow on that once the WA logs start coming in so I can give the pub numbers to decide what they are going to produce.
Please bring along any trackables you may have and they will always be able to find another cacher to carry on their journey.
And if you cannot make this event, keep an eye out for future events lighting up the geocaching map soon!
