As part of our “Masterpiece” season (2023-2024), we had to use technology and the arts to increase participation in an activity we like to do. We like geocaching, so we made an information flyer and video to share in schools and our community. Swimming is one of the activities that our team members enjoy. People like to swim at the YMCA, Harris Hill pool, and some of them swim competitively for River Hawks. Swimming can help you maintain a healthy heart and lungs. It also helps you get healthy weight, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Where are some places that you like to swim? There's one really close to this hide location, in the warmer months!
