The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. To find the Final coordinates you must first solve this puzzle.
I had just come back from hiding a new cache at the Bryn Coed Preserve. My son loves stories about detectives, spies, ciphers and codes, espionage, and anything and everything in that genre. When I told him that it was going to be a Mystery Cache, he lit up and said, "Just tell me about it and I will take care of it for you." In a very short time he worked out a puzzle and handed it to me. At first glance it looked great, but when I sat down to create the cache page, this was all I had! Help me!
THE PUZZLE
