Here at stop 15206, the N Judah runs by. Starting at Caltrain station, the mostly east-west MUNI LRV goes all the way to Ocean Beach. Along the way, find the Ferry Building and SF railway museum at Embarcadero, Union Square and Yerba Buena Gardens between Powell and Montgomery, and SF Public Library, Asian Art Museum and City Hall at Civic Center. Continuing, catch Duboce Park, Cole Valley, and between Mt. Sutro and Kezar Stadium, the UCSF hospital. Turning on 9th and Irving, find Arizmendi Bakery, Little Sweet, and on Sundays, the Inner Sunset Farmers’ Market. As the line continues out towards Ocean Beach, find Golden Gate Park constantly a few blocks north. Once you reach Sunset Blvd, enjoy the stretch of park all the way from Lake Merced to Golden Gate Park. Once you reach Ocean Beach, build a bonfire, jump from the dunes, walk up to Sutro Baths or down to the Zoo.
This cache is to appreciate one of my favorite MUNI lines. Stealth is required, as there's cars quite close and other people at the stop. Put your favorite MUNI line, whether it bus, LRV, or cable car in the logbook!
