This trail is open year round for hiking but the gate closes November 15th through May 15th. During summer you can drive ATVs and Off Road vehicles when it isn't muddy. This trail is a bit too steep, loose, and rocky for mountain bikes. If you come during winter, snowshoes or cleates will be required and it will still be scary. We have permission from Parks and Recreation to have this here.
