This is an easy one. It's located at the entrance to the county animal control or resource center. They are one and the same. Several of our favorite animal memes are placed inside. Please don't take the memes, but feel free to add some if you have some favorites of your own. Tradable items are welcome and encouraged but we wanted to keep the memes as a growing collection and animal themed because of location.
