Nothing fancy here. A quick hide in this awesome park in the JUnction City, KS, area. South Park in Junction City has a concrete walking trail that is roughly 1-mile length. Trail is wheel chair accessable but the cache location is not. Ther are some great views of the surrounding countryside at south end of the trail, 2 ball parks, 2 dog parks and a disc-golf course. Have fun exploring this park after you find the cache, or explore the park while you are searching for the cache.
For those visitors not familiar with Junction City area, probably the easiest route to take to get to this location would be to go north on US HWY 77 until you come to a stop light. This would be the intersection with Golden Belt Blvd. Turn east and travel a short distance until come to the intersection with Caroline Ave. Turn north onto Caroline Ave and travel until come to a stop sign/intersection with St. Mary Road. Turn east and travel until you come to a big brown sign pointing the way to South Park - do not worry if you pass it by for it is easily missed. If you come to a cemetery you definitely missed the turn. Turn south onto the park access road and travel until you come to the parking area. Just follow the trail until you come to the cache coordinates just off the trail by about 25' or so.
About the cache: something attached to a tree not too far off the ground - or is it?!??!?!!
