beachdreamer: Sadly, I've decided to archive this one. When I originally scouted this location, it was a quiet corner of an otherwise busy place. Since then, the level of muggle activity and paraphernalia found makes this an undesirable place, at least to my style of hiding. After some time spent walking around looking for an appropriate place to relocate it, nothing felt right for me. I appreciate everyone who took the time to search for it, including the DNFs that alerted me to the problems happening here.
