In der Nähe befindet sich der geologische Lehrpfad mit interssanten Informationen zur eiszeitlichen Entstehungsgeschichte des Brelinger Bergs. Dem Weg ein kleines Stück weiter Waldeinwärts folgend findet sich eine kleine Lichtung mit Sitzgelegenheit für eine Rast oder ein kleines Picknick.
