This cache is well "Guarded", which also is an easy Park and Grab, about 1/4mile from Interstate 77 N&S Exit#170, it isnot far at all from Southside Walmart either, always watch for any Muggles.
Container you are looking for is a Plastic Cylinder wrapped in Outdoor Silver Weather Ducktape with Geocache Offical Sticker attached, it's about 12"inches Length and 1-1/2"diameter which is able to hold small swag.

Some information on this Bypass:
The Rt14 N&S / Pike St. Bypass stretches 1.32 miles from I-77 entrance & exit ramps in Mineralwells WV up and over the hill out to southside Walmart, the widest part of the median is wright at 46ft wide. this stretch of roadway was first survied 23 April 2014 due to research showed in coming years there would be significate bussiness build up in area which would cause traffic grid lock. Construction started in 2018 after all private property areas was bought up by State of WV to proceed forward, after 7yrs the Pike St Bypass opend up for traffic on 16 July 2021. The cost of this bypass was set at $9.602Million, price increased by $2.398Million which the Pandemic Inflation may have had a part in that, making the final total cost at $12Million, that averages for every 3/8's mile cost was $3Million.
