Everybody off (or on), it's the end (or start) of the line. You find yourself at the H street Streetcar stop at the intersection of Oaklahoma and Benning Ave. The cache is hidden somewhere at this waiting platform.
When the streetcar was first opened and operational in 2016, it was the subject of a fair number of jokes and jabs. The $13 million dollar project created a 2.2 mile streetcar line which an average ridership of 300,000 - far few people than a bus and at much greater expense. Over time, the streetcar has become a staple of the H St and Benning Road areas and is an enjoyable way to get from location to location down H St. And as far as we have heard, it has stopped setting itself on fire.
I hope to be able to complete hides at every stop along the streetcar, but for now this is the first one.
