The Geocache Archipelago
This cache is hidden in an area of tiny islands surrounded by lots and lots of water.
Think positively folks...its not a swamp, its an archipelago!
Branding is magic.
This cache is Plus-sized Small and Crusty™
I hid the cache in January. In summer, this area will be a riot of vegetation and teeming with biting insects (up TERRAIN RATING to 3.5).
This mossy mound is a reference point but not the hide location. (see photo).
Please take note of the position of the cache container before retrieving it and be sure to return the container to it's original hiding location in order to maintain the intended level of concealment. Also, I would appreciate feedback on the condition of my containers. Each one is an experiment to make them more durable, watertight and inconspicuous. Thank you!
