Greenwood Farm is one of three community parks in Richmond Heights, situated on the edge of Euclid Creek. Once belonging to the Phyper Family, this property features the oldest structure in the city (the barn!), along with community gardens, watershed projects, and historical tours of the family mansion. The house on the property has even been featured in a handful of movies and tv shows.
This cache will take you on a nice walk around the Greenwood Farm Barn and Community Gardens. The barn has a (slightly overgrown) rain barrel, to make taking care of the crops easier. The ground may be squishy in months with substatial rain. There is no dedicated trail to the cache, but there are not may obstacles in your way. Though you may not necessarily need a green thumb to spot this cache, it certainly wouldn't hurt. Please be respectful of gardens, and enjoy the outdoors!
