Welcome back to Shediac! One of the best geocaching gatherings in Atlantic Canada happens Feb 24th in Grand Dique, N.B. As there's many geocachers visiting the area either to tackle the death march, aka ICEWALK, to one of the two islands; explore many of the peaceful trails in the area, or just coming to socialize with friends for a weekend, this event is for you. You'll need a good hearty meal for the "walk" the next day if you are so inclined.
So, come on by this seafood restaurant to make plans for the weekend, enjoy a good meal and beverage, or just to say hello (no purchase necessary). New geocachers are always encouraged to come by and ask any geocaching questions you may have to learn from us "old folks" the dos and many don'ts of geocaching!
