To find the cache:
Testudo is looking slightly to the left, but, looking out on the mall with Testudo, you should walk down the pathway on the right side of the grass.
Walk until you come across a building named after our local reviewers. Funny enough, it's the same name as a famous songwriter from Baltimore. From there, look for a funky looking contraption in the middle of the mall. Head over to it.
Have you figured out what it is? It doesn't really matter, I just wanted you to take a look. Take a walk along the water towards an administrative building.
You can cut through the grass or take one of the side paths to get to a small memorial.
From the memorial plaque, with your back to Testudo, there will be a seal of the University of Maryland, College Park directly in front of you. Behind that wall, you will find two trees in pots.
You'll find Testudo's Treasures under some leaves near the base of the tree in the more northern pot.
Alternatively, you can project a waypoint 0.23 miles from Testudo at 88° to find the cache.

The marked lot is a pay-per-hour lot; DOTS is ruthless and should be feared. Be aware of onlookers during the semester!
