First you will need to go to the Posted Coords. You will need to collect some info and do some simple maths which will give you the correct coords to find the cache.
# The Posted Coords will take you to a manhole cover that has a metal plate on it, on the metal plate there is a word beginning with the letter G, the number of letters in the word =A
# Very nearby you will find a telegraph pole, on the telegraph pole there is a yellow and black plaque, the last number on the plaque =B
# Also on the telegraph pole there is a small silver plaque with two numbers on it, the second number =C
# The number of large white crosses on the side wall =D
# last but not least you will need to find a bench which is near the front entrance in the churchyard, the number of wooden slats that make up the bench, divided by 5 =E
By now you should have all the info that you need!

Checksum for all digits of the final coordinates =48
