Hi folks!

After my 1st mystery cache, which I published in Austria, I would now like to publish a 2nd puzzle for geocachers in and around Graz.


It is again typically british, very strange and is about a british NGO (non governmental organisation). The NGO has denied that and maintain it is merely a humorous rumour.

 

And here is the riddle:

 

Decide "no" (=no) or "oh" (=yes)

 

X = ∑ of "oh"/1000 and Y= ∑ of "no"/1000
