The Egret Mountain Trail located in Neihu Dahu Park still preserves the naturally evolved forest style. The highest point of the trail, Egret Mountain, is only 143 meters above sea level. The slope is gentle, making it a fairly approachable hilltop. The trail has 50 turns in total, so it is also called the Bailushan 50-turn trail. The platform at the top of Bailushan is wide, with quiet green shade, dense forests, and diverse ferns along the way. It is a good place to get away from the hustle and bustle.
位於內湖大湖公園內的白鷺鷥山親山步道，山林間仍保存著自然演化的森林風貌，而步道最高點白鷺鷥山海拔僅143公尺，坡道平緩，是相當平易近人的小山頭。步道共有50個轉彎處，因此又被稱為白鷺鷥山50彎步道；白鷺鷥山山頂平台寬闊，沿途綠蔭清幽、林相茂密、蕨類植物多樣，是遠離塵囂的好地方。
