This cache is the reincarnation of 永福小区 - Yongfu Xiaoqu, which went missing with some reconstruction of the stone wall during 2022. Following is an updated version of the original description.
A winding alleyway from Yongfu Lu to where the Inner Ring Road passes under Xianlie Lu marks the boundary of Yongfu Community. There is only one entrance from the east and west, and finding the right alleyway entrance from the west can be tricky. It starts off as a road wide enough for cars (but with bollards preventing vehicle entry) and then narrows and winds around on the southern border of Yongfu Xiaoqu. Unusually, the alleyway doesn't even appear on maps. Directly to the south of the alleyway, walled off, is a municipal government training institute. In the mid-2010s a gateway was installed at the alleyway entrance, so that it was accessible only to residents, but these restrictions were later removed and it is was then freely accessible up to the Covid period of 2020-2022. After the Covid restrictions were dropped in late 2022 the area has reverted to its former open-access state and outwardly little has changed.
