Geocache Description:

Moi eaeoi qk acm am moi eckmig eccigqaamik.

The One-Time Pad (OTP) encryption is a cryptography technique that uses a single-use key to encrypt a message. The key must be larger than or equal to the size of the message, and it must be kept secret. The key must also be randomly generated and have a uniform distribution. The random nature of the key and the fact that each session uses a unique key make it harder to crack the encryption.

However, the conditions that make a OTP impossible to crack are also ones that make the technique impractical for many modern applications. It can only be used if you can meet the other person and transfer the pad to them securely. This problem is negated by using the message as it's own pad during the encryption process. The resulting encryption transform map is shown in the table below. The plain text message letters within the top and bottom rows correspond to the encrypted letters within the center row. Simply reverse this process to decrypt the message that follows the table.
