Late last year Sweet-Sour (aka Keith Carstens) passed away suddenly.
Many geocachers asked if there was going to some event to say goodbye to him as he has hidden so many geocaches from Bell and Yarraman and Marybourough and Hervey Bay to Eidsvold and Mount Perry and many places in between. He also held many events over the years as well. Most of his geocaches have been adopted recently to let the geocaches carry on. Many thanks to those that adopted a cache or three.
A table has been booked at The Carriers Arms in Maryborough on the 9th March 2024 for geocachers to come and share their stories about Sweet-Sour, his geocaches, and events. I have found a few TB's that have not been activated, some pins, and plenty of pathtags to give away during the event. Please book a 'Will Attend' as we need numbers to book the tables needed.
