We had been living here in the southwest for about twenty years before we discovered this delightful little niche.
There is a roundabout on Camden Valley Way which anyone coming into this area must negotiate, and this roundabout was the place where the roadblock was set up during the 3 Camden floods of 2022.
This led me to decide a cache in this spot should be dedicated to those who have placed, maintained, and re-placed caches in this area during times of disaster … yes, floods, but also bushfires and whatever other disrupting events come along.
Google Maps co-ordinate check fairly accurate ... may eliminate unnecessary searching
