Umm... An urban micro multi series. Some folks were keen to see more multis on their maps. These may not be fancy, but they should scratch that itch.
At the posted coords, there is a big green box. On the north-east side of this large box is a smaller grey box with a two-screw 'cap' (see gallery). On top of the cap, there are some characters (obscured in photo). Count the number of characters (no DR, just simple counting) and call that value N. Subtract N from both the north and the west coordinates to find the cache.
Parking's a bit tougher for this one, you'll likely have to walk a bit. There's also the high school around the corner and across the street, so timing visits outside of the usual in and out hours would be preferable.
Please ensure that the container lids are tightly closed and upright to help keep water out.
