While it may not be among the largest in the world by the metrics that place facilities like Volkswagen's Wolfsburg plant or Hyundai's Ulsan factory at the top, the Dongfeng Honda JV factory is undoubtedly a key player within China. The blueway meets the factory complex near this cache, and admits defeat, unable to penetrate the huge compound. A short diversion to the east is required before heading south on the main road and rejoining the blueway after it exits the factory area.
I've yet to observe anybody swimming in what seems to be a shallow waterway, but better safe than sorry!
