Most of the area north of this cache is uesd for truck parking and logistics activities. There is also a driver training business and the occasional fisherman (women don't seem to do it here) but otherwise not much activity. Change is almost certainly on the way, with the Innovation Park taking shape just a few hundred metres away to the north.
The building immediately to the north of the cache seems to belong to a possibly euphemistically-named "environmental protection technology" enterprise.
