Dieses Gebäude wurde zuerst sehr lange als Wirtschaft genutzt, teilweise durchaus auch als gehoben zu bezeichnen. Nach einigen Besitzerwechseln wurde es zu einem Seniorenheim umgebaut. Ca. 2000 wurde dieses aber geschlossen, da eine nötige Sanierung mit ettlichen verschärften Auflagen einen Weiterbetrieb als Seniorenheim unrentabel machten. Seit dem wurde es abermals verkauft, und standen auch jahrelang Baumaterialien davor, aber passiert ist nicht. Mittlerweile sind ettliche Fenster kaputt und auch einige Graffitischmierereien wurde platziert.
Da das Betreten des Grundstücks aber explizit untersagt wird, liegt der Cache etwas entfernt vom Haus an einem Punkt in der Nähe eine Parkfläche fürs CM.
This building was used as a restaurant for a long time, partially known as a very good place to eat. After a few changes of ownership one current owner transformed it into a retirement home. At about the year 2000 the retirement home was closed, due to a necessary renovation, which couldn't be done in a economical way because of several, enhanced regulations. Since then it was sold at least once more, and somebody stored several building materials in front of it for a couple of years. In the meantime several windows are broken and some graffitis were placed on the walls.
As one isn't allowed to step close to the building, the cache was placed a bit away from the building, next to the parking spot.
