A leap year is a year in which February 29th occurs. 2024 is a leap year that occurs once every four years. Shirakawa City, Fukushima Prefecture has many town names with numbers in them. To commemorate the leap year, we hid a cache at a place named after the leap year.

うるう年とは、2月29日がある年を指します。2024年は4年に1度のうるう年です。福島県白河市には数字が入った町名がいくつもあります。うるう年にちなんだ地名のところに、それを記念してキャッシュを隠しました。
