The Liaoshen Campaign Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Tower is located in the Liaoshen Campaign Martyrs Cemetery (also known as the Liaoshen Campaign Memorial Hall Park) in Linghe District, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. It was built in 1957 to commemorate the revolutionary martyrs who bravely sacrificed their lives during the Liaoshen Campaign. The front of the tower is embedded with twelve golden characters that read "Eternal Glory to the Revolutionary Martyrs of the Liaoshen Campaign," personally inscribed by Marshal Zhu De, the then Commander-in-Chief of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. The Liaoshen Campaign Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Tower is now a key cultural heritage site under provincial protection in Liaoning Province and a nationally protected memorial building for martyrs. It stands as a witness to history and the most honorable tribute to those heroes who gave their lives for their country.

辽沈战役革命烈士纪念塔是为了纪念辽沈战役中英勇牺牲的革命烈士而于1957年建成的，坐落在辽宁省锦州市凌河区辽沈战役烈士陵园（暨辽沈战役纪念馆园区）。塔身正面镶嵌着“辽沈战役革命烈士永垂不朽”十二个鎏金大字，这些字是由时任中国人民解放军总司令朱德元帅亲笔题写的。辽沈战役革命烈士纪念塔现为辽宁省重点文物保护单位，全国重点烈士纪念建筑物保护单位。这座纪念塔见证了历史，是对那些为国捐躯的英雄们最崇高的纪念。
