Hopefully a group picture by 9ish if most cachers are already there.
You get a gold star if you wear green in honor of the Irish!
I will have some free day passes just for the Sailor Bar area, not sure how many so first come first serve, I will also supply trash bags and gloves.
Please be careful where you park, there are "no parking" signs closer to the houses.
Dogs are welcome but must be on leash.
Please wear sensible clothes and shoes as there is different terrain if you go off the pavement.
Please dispose of your trash bags in the provided dumpsters and do not just leave them on the ground, if you can show a picture with whatever you pickup or just let me know roughly.
Rangers ask to leave the homeless alone if you run into any as well as their belongings.
For those not familiar with the area, once inside the park you can drive or walk to the river, also to Turtle Pond whish is the picture you see. Rangers said you will find more trash closer to the water, mainly left over fishing gear and lines.
If anyone wants to see a tree with at least 4 Herons nesting, I will be taking a walk there during the CITO.
This is along the river please be aware of the hazards, such as wildlife, snakes, ticks, and some poison oak
I have a brownish colored Kia Sportage with a kayak rack, and will be just past the booth at the entrance of the park.
