This is one of a number of caches hidden for the 2024 Road Rally. chevyole started this biennial tradition in 2012 and this is the 7th iteration of the Waukesha Road Rally. Walkingadventure hosts a Fox Valley version on the odd years.
Small Road used to go through from Moorland to Beloit, but was closed off about 10 years ago leading to a double dead end cul de sac and more importantly, a great spot to hide a cache.
