To celebrate our 200th find, we decided to place our third (trinity!) hide in a beautiful little historic church location: Holy Trinity Church. Built in 1870, it is the oldest Anglician church in Wellington still used for regular chuch services.
Our littlest geocacher loved visiting churches in the far north of NZ, learning all about the history of people/cultures, and always asks to 'celebrate' people. So this is where we decided to place a cache, to celebrate the past, present and future of our lives.
Parking can be difficult so just watch yourselves on this busy street. We have permission from the church to place this cache but please be respectful of the graveyard. Watch out for the sheep poo through the church grounds; sheep make good groundspeople.
Cache was set up with a bunch of swaps left over from the other little geocachers recent birthday party. Hopefully a fun one for mini geocaches!
