Hide it and they will come.... A letterbox for everyones entertainment. The stamp must remain in the cache container. This is actually a really weird setup, how did this end up this way? The cache likely will be in plain sight, but not that it matters. It is in a safe place. So I have been told and that is why it not a premium-only cache.
Special Note: "Gated Community": Pedestrians/hikers have access. Access to vehicles is limited. Not a night-time cache.
Letterbox Instructions:
1. From parking area make your way into direction NORTH until the sidewalk. Then take direction as shown in picture, general direction 310 degrees. Stay on sidewalks, go straight and cross streets as needed. Watch for traffic.

2. If you can go no further on paved sidewalk or trail, locate the following sign:

3. During daylight hours only, enter, lock behind you. Beware of Coyotes. Do you know what to do when one is staring at you?
4. When You Come to a Fork in the Trail, Take It!
5. To verify you took the right fork, after a little walk, if you locate this text, you did and you can continue with your letterbox quest.

6. Now position yourself in front of the sign that includes this text:

7. The cache is at a compass bearing of 263.360 from this waypoint. The cache is at a compass bearing of 277.690 from the posted coordinates.
8. Go to the location where the compass bearing lines intersect. Locate the cache, retrieve, sign log, and replace as found. If you log a find and your name is not written or stamped on the log, your log will be deleted.
9. To return to your vehicle continue via regular trails.
Disclosures and Warning:
"Searching is not permitted at night time. Cache seekers assume all risks and responsibilities involved in seeking this and any cache. We never intend for anyone to cross onto private property. The cache is not on/in buildings. No climbing of any kind. Coyotes call this area home and prey on small pets and kids. Rats and mice as well as mosquitoes carrying West Nile Virus call this area home too. Pay attention to your surroundings and do not exceed your physical abilities. Bring a friend, better, bring two. There have been past reports of bees and nosey muggles in the general area. Ticks-carrying lime disease and venomous rattle snakes are possible. The terrain can either be dry and bare or after rains it could be a swamp and the weeds can be six feet high and dense and when they die off and dry there is possibility of scorching wildfires. Don't do stupid things as you will end up in jail and then you'll need to PAF to bail you out. There is no cash in the geocache, and no FTF prize of any monetary value."
